Mag wat onderhoud hebben wel aan gezellig plein.

Beetje krappe kamer met veel oud spul, mag wel op onderdelen wat aan gedaan worden. Parkeren is niet beveiligd wij hadden een band leeg en half leeg. Lege band geheel kapot gereden door slechte weg gedeelte in het dorp.

Sehr freundliches Personal das Zimmer war sehr groß und die Betten waren gemütlich, Das Frühstück war typisch marokkanisch und sehr lecker und auch das Personal beim Frühstück war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lobby ist wunderschön und auch die Dachterasse.

Booking didn’t exist and listing very deceptive!

At checkin there was no record of our booking. Quite frustrating as that was sorted out. Niether the owner or his family ever seem to be present to deal with problems. The room we were offered had a cramped, miniature shower about 2 ft x 2 ft. The one we were then shown had a larger shower but no city view, no balcony and didn’t resemble posted pictures of the room we booked. Instead we were in a cell-like room with a window looking out on a narrow alleyway wall. The window blind did not work, and although we were there 4 days it was never repaired. The listing also mentioned blackout curtains and a rainshower shower head both of which did not exist. For 2 of the 4 days our shower water was merely tepid. It was only because we chatted with another disgruntled guest that we found out about “hot water times”. We were never told about them and there was nothing posted that we were aware of. Also our booking listed “ free parking “, which we were told was not true ( even after we showed them the printed words ). Their response was for me to check other booking sites to find out if there is free parking. Rather absurd. On our last day and after long battles they finally said that the parking would be free. Also our non-smoking room came with an ashtray which was explained as “generally they are non-smoking”. Absolutely deceptive and unacceptable. The location though was right in the middle of everything Tafraoute offers.

Zentrale Lage, saubere Zimmer, alles ok =)

Sauberes Hotel in super zentraler Lage. Generell würde ich wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. Leider wusste das Personal nichts von einer Buchung auf hotels.com und war auch während der zwei Tage Aufenthalt nicht so weit das Problem selbst zu klären. Bei Abreise mussten wir hotels.com anrufen, um der Unterkunft zu bestätigen, dass wir wirklich eine bestätigte Buchung haben und bereits bezahlt haben. Der Herr an der Rezeption (der sonst nett war!) behauptete er kann keine internationale Nummer anrufen. Naja. Frühstück wird für 25 Dirham im Haus angeboten.
