We did not stay at this property. It is a dump property is unkeept over grown vegatation broken down cars buildings are run down did not look safe.

This place has character. The staff was excellent and accommodating, very friendly and responsive. The rooms are a bit old but clean, everything works, good air conditioner, and decorated with antiques, handmade local items, even a large bookcase with hundreds of interesting older books. The parking is onsite, a bit crowded Saturday night but no one blocked you in and there is overflow parking right outside the gate just a few dozen meters from your room. Very laid back service, we pulled up, they were expecting us, didn't need to sign in or show ID once I showed them the reservation on my phone. No extra charges that happen with most of the time you deal with Filipino services, we will stay here again on the next trip to Tagaytay.

Need to have an over-all cleanliness of the place

Overall, the experience with friends was quite good. However, the service was not that good at all. The superior room was clean but here are the following concerns: 1. there were insects inside the room 2. hot shower was not functioning 3. cleanliness all over the place was not visible
The room is good for -about 5-8 people, there is extra bedding under the master's bed.

There was a little boy who was the maintenance man son and me and my Fiancé enjoyed his company. Very well mannered child. Plus the owner of the property provided me a ride back to the airport in manila. Very well pleased with everyone there

Needs a major makeover

Looks like the place has not been maintained for a long time and is starting to fall apart. Lots of mosquitoes, rooms are smelly and hot shower is not working. Looks like this was a great place long ago. It's a pity it has not been maintained well. Our family make our own fun so we had a great time despite the worn out facilities.

not a nice hotel.

Terrible experience.Already sent few emails to Expedia about my experience but never get a reply.I want to get my money back.Kindly reply as soon as possible. We went to see this place in person but did'nt like the place for so many reasons.I have talked to the manager and have cancelled my booking same day.We didn't stay in this place as another guest occupied the room named Christopher Bernardo just after i have cancelled on same day. Please advise whom to go for my complaints/concerns.Can i have a number to call please. Thank you for your help and support.on this matter.

Was’nt like in the picture.bit old

Disapointed in a way that the facility was not the way how it looks in the picture that was uploaded in the site. The hotel is already old and need cleaning and maintenance, but i would give credit to the owner and the staff for being so nice and accomodating.
