The hotel staff were helpful & the breakfast buffet selection is good. As for the room located at the 3rd floor. The area is not so clean. The door room seems so hard to open & close as well as the bathroom door. There is no floor mat available, Bathroom amenities are not available like face towels & hand towels. & bathroom tissues are not enough. The tables in our room has some stained, We did stayed in couple of hotels in the area & somehow much better & satisfied. Kinda disappointed!😔 Thank you!

Unfortunately, the property is no longer maintained well. We have celebrated special occasions in this hotel over the years but I’m not sure we’ll book a room again unless things improve. I booked a room that said newly renovated but the room that we got doesn’t look like it. The shower has loads of mold and the paints are all chipped. The only good thing about this property is the friendly and kind staff.

The place is ok. I’ll give it 5 out of 10. Staff are friendly but the rooms need more care. No hot water in the shower, no lotion, old tv remote, need new batteries, and the AC leaked in our bedroom. The breakfast buffet not bad.
