雖然飯店算新,但是設施讓人不滿意
入住每間房間必須用現金$1000當押金,我們是家庭旅遊定了五間房,而且是很早以前就訂的房,卻被安排在不同的樓層,一點也不人性化,房間內沒有拖鞋也沒有吹風機,到櫃檯也借不到!其中一間三人房浴室的水龍頭壞了請人來修,才知道它早就壞了,還不知道什麼時候會修好,居然還讓我們入住!要求換房卻說沒有房間了!

New, modern hotel with good service
Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable. 10 minutes drive to Tagbilaran pier, and hotel offers free shuttle to pier, which is a plus. Very close to Island City Mall (5 minutes walking), which makes shopping easy. Will definitely stay again.

If you just want to have a nice bed and shopping, you can stay here. But it's far far away for the beach.

Front desk personnel were very bad at their job. They tried to charge me on a prepaid stay reserved on Expedia. They reserved me a cab that was cancelled by the driver for some reason but never informed me. The front desk knew well in advance of the cancellation.

Check in went smooth but soon after it went downhill. First off when we got to our floor we noticed that the hallway carpet leading to our room was extremely dingy / dirty and was in need of a deep cleaning or replaced. As soon as we keyed into our room my wife went to use the bathroom and noticed a small roach on the bathroom sink. Instead of calling down to the front desk we just killed it thinking to ourselves we were only going to be there for a short stay. We also noticed that the towels didn’t appear to be very clean as well as the bed linen. Rather than complain and ask for another room we just dealt with it. A few hours later we fell asleep and I was awakened by something crawling over my face, when I jump up and looked on the bed there were SEVERAL cockroaches on the bed. My wife screamed and that was all I could take. Without a “Plan B” we gathered our belongings and went down to the front desk in order to check out of that hotel. I showed her a video of the roaches under the bed and while she did offer another room the damage was done. I’ve travelled around the world and have yet to experience something quite like this. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for your stay. There was a hotel not far from there that was able to accommodate us at about the same rate and was immaculate and much quieter as well.

When we checked in and got to our room, there were roaches crawling around the bathroom. Like, I literally counted 4 roaches scurrying around when I turned on the light. Bathroom mirror was dirty. And they gave us the wrong room. Was supposed to be a single queen/double bed. But they gave us a room with two singles. I wound up letting it go, because I was having digestive issues and just needed to sleep. Took forever for us to check out, because they had to inspect the room. But, this took them at least 15 minutes. Maybe a bit more.

Firstly the hotel is spotless, very clean and I can't fault the rooms. Parking is great the outside guard is awesome the reception and rest of staff were so nice, helpful and just professional. Food was ok but it's Pinoy, so those that have traveled here will understand what I mean, always cold and never like the menu Fotos... But wholesome... I do recommend this hotel as I'm in Bohol every couple of months my kids are here.. to me best hotel in Bohol, location and cleanliness.

Free breakfast, basic, yet filling. Excellent coffee and cappucino. Walking distance to ICM mall. EXCELLENT American television stations. If you are a TV addict, this hotel has the best television stations available, better than all the high end resorts that i have stayed in during my many yrips to the Philippines. Excellent value for my money, i was able to easily extend my stay for another day during xmas season.

Our room was very clean and spacious for the price point. All the staffs were friendly, accommodating and efficient. Food was excellent, breakfast buffet has great assortment of pastries, fruit, pancakes, bacon, eggs and more. Will stay again without second thought.

Not bad for the price
Room is nice size, check in was easy. Neighborhood not that great, only a shopping center. Very good Saturday night buffet for450 php. Breakfast was limited choices.

We would like to inform you that our bed sheets will have an intermittent of 2 days before changing. This is to promote as well in our environment for not using much detergent. one time in bohol - hotel
I stay here a night with my fiancee , when we arrived there for an receptionist there helping others people but didn't bother to greet us at all but however there was a gentlemen bring us some kind of fruity drink . okay waited maybe 15-30 min finally it was our turn , checked in and it was only okay and it was not as nice as how people reviewed . will i come back to this hotel with that price i can find a better one .

Noisy hotel
Location is so so. - there is nothing else except a mall nearby. Room condition is bad. In room faculty is not complete. We had to asked for slippers, hair dryer, tissue papers, etc, among others. Aircon is super noisy. Couple with the room is facing the busy road outside, we had a sleepless night due to the noise. Luckily we only stayed here for one night for transit. The only consolation is the live band on the 7th floor is good.

Nice hotel in a convenient location for trips to the Chocolate Hills, but not for trips to the beach. No pool or other facilities. Good room, good wifi, good breakfast. Had to ask for room to be made up each day

Hotel was prima en naar verwachting. Het ligt aan een drukke straat, maar geen geluidsoverlast in de kamer. Er is een mall, winkelcentrum, en bus terminal dichtbij. Alles is afhankelijk van activiteiten, maar het hotel en personeel zijn behulpzaam om de juiste weg en eventueel vervoer aan te bieden of te verwijzen naar de juiste mogelijkheden.
