Toutefois, il est un peu excentré : une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer et profiter pleinement des environs. Dans l’ensemble, bon séjour. Je donnerais une note entre 7 et 8 sur 10.”

“Overall we had a lovely stay despite some issues we faced, in summary they could be a bit more organised. From confusion at check in about a half/full board deal that was offered to us prior to arrival, (heads up they are NOT as good as they make out) and then hide the deal after so you cant refer back to it which left me feeling annoyed as it was like “have you got proof?” If not then this is the price! We had to change rooms mid stay due to an extremely bad smell in the room, They ran out of……

“The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use. A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use. Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!”

“Très bon séjour avec ma maman dans cet hôtel. La propreté est impeccable, tout est vraiment bien présenté. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’établissement. Le service est qualitatif et la literie très confortable. Une grande partie du personnel est très agréable, notamment Abdouassamad, Mohamed, Badr Eddine et Khadija, qui ont été au top. Merci encore.
