Hotel Doralba Inn

10/10 Excellent

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included and it was a good start to the day. Only 9-10Minutes walk to the central plaza. We got premium rooms, which are nicer and are beside the pool. Free parking if you are driving"

Hotel Chariot

8/10 Good

"Certainly, the location is very good for moving around and having access to Calle 47 (restaurant row). This time around, everything in the room functioned well I placed a call before arriving to make sure that I did not have a repeat of the last visit. And I'm pleased to say that the staff took this seriously. The only thing I would suggest that was problematic was the temperature of the water. It was difficult to get hot water and in fact we never did. It was lukewarm at best. I left the room rather early and hung the please clean up my room sign on the door. However, it did not make a difference. Overall, a very good place to stay."

Gran Hotel Panamericana Merida

10/10 Excellent

"The room was clean and organized. Water and soda included with check in. Also free coffee and water downstairs. The room is big, the bathroom is also, breakfast was well worth it with made to order eggs/omelettes. It’s on the outskirts of the center of town but the walking wasn’t terrible. Blow dryer in the room overheats and it turns off for about ten minutes at a time so make sure to wash your hair and have time to dry it. Other than that, everything went well. I’d be back. Didn’t get to use other amenities unfortunately."

Hotel Real Toledo by Kavia

10/10 Excellent

"Somos huéspedes repetitivos de este hotel, el servicio es excelente nos hacen sentir como familia! Las camas son super cómodas, el desayuno riquísimo Gabriela es una excelente anfitriona! Abigail en la recepción, Isabel en Am Ade llaves y la Gerente fue súper amable nos recordaron de viajes anteriores. Este hotel tiene un lugar especial en nuestro corazón!"

CIGNO Mejorada Hotel Boutique

10/10 Excellent

"An Unforgettable Stay Exceptional Hospitality! Our stay at CIGNO Mejorada was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and what made it so special was the incredible attention and hospitality of the staff. I especially want to recognize Jordy and Raul, who were absolutely superb! They went above and beyond in every possible way, from their thoughtful attention to the smallest details to their wonderful recommendations that made our time in Mérida even more memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. Everything was immaculate, peaceful, and quiet, with stunning decor and an atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. What truly sets this property apart, though, is its people. Exceptional service makes all the difference, and Jordy and Raul are a perfect example of what outstanding hospitality should look like. I couldn’t be happier with our experience. I wholeheartedly recommend CIGNO Mejorada and will absolutely be returning to Mérida to stay at this specific location again. Thank you to the entire team, especially Jordy and Raul, for making our stay so special and unforgettable!"
