- Dollar Point recreation amenities: beach, pool, tennis courts, and playground are not available to renters, unless rental stay is for 31 nights or more
- Snow removal is provided in winter

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced). We are very respectful of our neighbors. This home is your retreat for rest and relaxation
- No Smoking
- We may have landscapers, pest service and other property maintenance done. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves in gate to service as needed
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and garage (for 2 car parking)
