「Initially, the place felt a bit institutional, but when we got in and got our stuff in, it was extremely functional and when the views are available, they are no doubt gorgeous. Also although the area feels a bit industrial, it is extremely well situated and easy to walk to a lot of Dunedin. Once we settled in, we really enjoyed our stay.」
