Perfect location! We walked practically everywhere for food and sightseeing, then we would take a taxi/Uber back at the end of the day, or vice versa. Restful 4-night stay in our comfy big bed, big room and big bathroom. Daily variety of tasty Taiwanese buffet breakfast and more, including latte/coffee, was superb! The whole hotel was well maintained and clean. All the staff were polite and helpful. We even took a complementary private car/shuttle ride to the train station on the last day. Highly recommend Fuward Hotel Tainan!

The hotel is located just across of the famous Hayashi Department Store, which is very convenient with many bus options and nearby famous sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are in good condition and equipped with the necessary things, although unfortunately there's no conditioner available in the bathroom. Unfortunately it can also be rather loud from the corridors since the doors have quite some gap. Room service was good and efficient, although unfortunately they removed used items without replacing them. Breakfast looks good on first sight but is rather disappointing in case you're vegerarian. Although it was included in the room rate, we decided to only go for it once and skipped it the following days. Air conditioning in breakfast room, lobby and corridors is extremely cold. 2-3 degrees more would've felt better. The hotel offers free laundy machines, bicycle rental and also a shuttle from/to the train station, although the schedule is only shown in the lobby with pre-registration required, so using it on arrival might be difficult.

台南駅からは多少離れているが、逆に台南の観光スポットのど真ん中に位置している。ライトアップされた林百貨店の美しさが目の前！ 各方面へのバスの利用もとても便利だった。施設のグレード、清掃は文句無し。ランドリーも２台あって常に利用可能だった。 スタッフは日本語が通じ、レストランの予約をお願いした。 総じてコストを遥かに超えるパフォーマンス。台南はここしかない！

Das vier Sterne Hotel liegt sehr zentral so dass man zu Fuß überall in Innenstadt schnell hingehen kann: Sehenswürdigkeit und alte Straßen. Bushaltestelle mit vielen Linien sind direkt in der Nähe so dass man auch schnell mit Buss Ausflug Z.B nach Weststadt und Hafen machen kann. Das Zimmer ist groß, Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig, das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und hoch professionell. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und lecker. Das Hotel stellt auch Waschmaschinen, Trockner zur Verfügung. Wir sind hoch zufrieden!

スタッフの方も親切で、しっかりした建物に安心感がありました。ホテルの責任ではないですが、向かいの部屋がトラブルある客だったようで、何度もスタッフを呼び出したり、ドアを大きな音をだして、開け閉めを繰り返していたのがやや残念でしたが、そういう時もありますね。台南を訪れた際は、また泊まりたいと思います。
