  • Q Square mall-- not exactly a tourist destination (there are many malls in Taipei) but it's a nice mall located close to Taipei Main station (Metro/MRT) if you're looking to escape the heat. Huge food courts here too with lots of options (and obviously shopping). This mall also has a movie theatre, which shows mostly American movies (but cheaper). It's also about a 10-15 walk to the historic Dihua street, one of the oldest areas of the city which was once the main market area (still lots of interesting shops there that cater to the local...good photo opps too with some older buildings)

The hotel is located in a very convenient location in central Taipei. It has a clean cafeteria open for 24 hours, and we can eat cup noodles among others. Mos Burger is served for breakfast. I would definitely like to use the hotel again on my next trip.

Below average but with snack bar to make up for it

This hotel only allows 5pm check-in, which is quite late. Room condition shows quite a bit of wear and tear, with peeling wallpaper and missing shower curtain. Room is smaller than the description (I measured it with a laser ruler) but has a large modern TV and electric bidet. Breakfast is a sandwich ordered from fast food restaurants like McDonald's with no side item. To make up for all these shortcomings, the hotel has a snack bar that with instant noodle and beverages. Definitely overpriced for what it's worth.

Located in a very convenient area in the heart of Taipei, the hotel offers a buffet of coffee, tea, juices, apples, instant cup noodles 24hr nothing fancy but free of charge. Staff are all very friendly. Many restaurants around the Zhongshan MRT station that you won't have to worry where to dine.

Stayed for a night in a king-size bed room, room is large enough(33m2) and the bed wide enough to sleep for 2. This room is facing the street so it has a window but some other rooms facing different direction don't have a window so if possible best state room no. 202,302,402... this room is bigger and cheaper than twin-bedroom.

コスパ面ではおそらく最高ランク。部屋に浴槽とウオッシュレット付きの便所があり、この値段で泊まれる宿はそうない。欠点は部屋の清掃があまり行き届かないこと。外出して部屋に戻っても特に浴槽の清掃が行き届いていなかった。また壁も薄く隣室の音や廊下の声がよく聞こえるが、私にはあまり気になるものではない。私の台北の定宿です。
