The place has the BEST location! In the heart of Ximending, where you can walk around any time of the day. Easy access to shops, restaurants and souvenir shops. The hotel itself is not fancy, but functional. Not the cleanest but not bad. I think it’s a great value.

the staff was really nice, the second floor had great and easy to access amenities such as a shared fridge, microwave and laundry machine it was a very convenient location in the middle of everything and so much shopping and food!

This hotel is a serene, modern oasis where you can rest in peace, quiet and comfort after the chaotic and fun Ximen street experience. Beds are super comfortable, washroom is beautiful, staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Only downside is not a ton of hot water for your shower - just don’t take a long one!

cleanest hotel. Fresh and crisp bedsheets. good toilet with biden. Just one minute from the actual ximending shopping, with good restaurants. Excellentcrstaurant to sleep over. The only downside is the few eating shops, some may not like the smell each time u need to pass the alley.

Great location, 5min walk to Ximending Metro. Rooms were big but if more pillows would be great. There are washing machine and dryer located at the hotel too. The front office staffs is helpful too, especially Ashley who readily assist us. The hotel must be very fortunate to have her as their front office staffs.

Experience of hatago

It was very good for us except people smoking in the road and neighbors cooking the smell pass thru the slide door because the sliding door is not sealed. Otherwise place and location and staff especially Ashly are all perfect.

A very decent hotel

Check-in time was very rigid, but hotel room is spacious and clean once inside. The thermostat, AC and hot water are first rate (top 5%, work better than in many other hotels). Location is very convenient—close to subway and has many places to eat. Will definitely return. But beware that the hotel entrance is in an alley a few steps away from where a taxi may drop you off. But once you overcome this initial hurdle, this hotel offers a great place to stay.
