Staff is rude
The staff in general is quite rude. Especially the young staff at the counter of the restaurant when I go for breakfast. The aura of the front desk is also not very nice.

Hotel staffs should give more smile.
This is the second time I stay in this hotel. Check-in is smooth, room is good and big enough, the only shortcoming is the table at bathroom is too small. Shower is good. I took breakfast in hotel for 2 days, breakfast time officially is till 10:00, but the restaurant started to take away the food at 09:45, i think this is not good, it is quite embarrassed that even there is food but they took away the tableware. I think the hotel should rectify this. And the staffs in this hotel should give more smile since I feel the staffs in general are not enthusiastic.

Concierge staffs are friendly, reception staffs are nice and efficient. Room is clean and space is good. Hotel location is very good with many restaurant and department stores nearby, night time you can enjoy with the street singers. I think the shortcomings are, room night is not enough and the vanity table in bathroom is too small, indeed, this is the smallest table i have ever meet in hotel bathroom.

Staffs were being very rigid. When I'd approached them with requests, they were just tell me there's nothing available at the moment to help without taking a step to try helping to figure out solutions.
