“Check in was seamless, the layout of the house is interesting. You must exit from living area into the courtyard to the bedrooms area. Elaine knew we didn’t have any umbrella so she deliver few umbrellas for us to use during the heavy rain, very considerate. Then turns out we didn’t need them because the weather changed to sunny the next day. Elaine also let us stay pass check out time so we could explore more in Tainan. Thank you Elaine for being a great hosts. ”

“I can confirm this listing is 100% legitimate and exactly as pictured, though our check-in process was quite stressful. We never received the access code for the key, and the contact number provided didn't work at first. After 1.5 hours of trying to reach the host, we began to panic that it was a scam. We finally reached the Expedia helpdesk and gained access after a nearly two-hour delay. To their credit, the SecondHome team apologized and dropped off a lovely box of pineapple tarts the next……
