「The only complaint that I have is that the front desk staff should be more informative about the festivals and the events and the places to see in town. Everything else was excellent, but getting information was basically nonexistence. Does that at the kitchen for breakfast were really professional, nice and helpful. The front desk staff were very helpful but they just didn’t have any information and the hotel itself was very very clean well maintained and we had a great time staying there.」

「I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The staffs are friendly and helpful. She prepared our breakfast box for early check out. The location is in the center of Dushanbe. It’s located on the top floors of a business building. The beds are super comfortable! Bath room is big. The only problem is the heater is fixed so the temperature at rooms are too high and air is too dry. The classic designed hotel is good furbished and clean. Recommended for everyone!」

「I stayed at Atlas hotel for 4 nights in total. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars! The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. They provided many information for sightseeing and sorted out every problems during my stay such as buying local SIM card and arranging PCR test. Even more, we arrived in the early morning (4 a.m.) , they provided free airport pickup service. The breakfast are tasty and change everyday. We also enjoyed their dinner buffet. 「Location is good, near the river and the cable car over the river. We only stayed for 1 night which was good. I didn’t realize when booking that there were no towels provided. We had a mat for the floor in the bathroom, but nothing to dry our hands on, or the teacups we used for breakfast. The real negative here was the construction Right Next Door which continued until at least 11PM. A big truck was dumping rocks, even in the dark. We ate in the apartment but there were a few restaurants...

「空港シャトルバスサービスは利用しませんでした。お願いすれば可能だったかもしれませんが、わかりません。 スタッフは、夏休み中だったので、子どもたちが手伝っていて、しっかりしていました。可愛かったです。階段しかないので、荷物が大きいと上に運ぶのが大変です。気をつけてください。また、タジキスタンではよくありますが、看板が分かりにくいので、最初に見つけるのが大変なことがあります。タクシーで行きましたが、道を間違えたりして、到着に時間がかかりました。Wi-Fiは、時々切れますがあります。 スタッフはみんな親切です。スリッパや水をもらえました。全体的には、良いホテルだと思います。」
