“Excellent service, huge rooms with an ante room too. Only minor things: the door electronic keys could open any room. One person opened door of my daughter’s room. Luckily he left before she responded. Big safety issue. There was no pepper available for breakfast! ”

“An excellent & amazing property. Everything in the room was clean & fresh, though I will note it seems to be a newer hotel so maybe time will show some wear eventually. The staff are also very kind & attentive—they even provide a personal assistant to help you with anything you need during your stay. Granted this could be a pro or con depending on your personality & culture—some more independent-minded travelers may find it a bit overwhelming/smothering, but for us it was very helpful & Atabek……
