"Excellent stay at here! The hot spring was incredible, and the entire atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. The daily shuttle service was an enormous help for us. We were so full and satisfied with the food every day. The only small suggestion is to offer Western-style food options, as having Japanese meals for several consecutive days can get a bit repetitive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would love to visit again！"

"I had a really excellent and unforgettable stay in KAI. First you will have an interesting entry by taking a cable car from the entrance to the lobby, and then you will get a superb environment, the decoration looks fantastic, all the staffs are nice and helpful, the food tasted brilliant, everything is extraordinary good and almost perfect in this hotel."

"去目的地時，可能因為晚間關係，最初感覺很辟靜，但經過一段路後就發現沿路兩旁都很多食肆，而最好的是酒店旁約三百米左右就有一間7-ELEVEN。位置很清優，雖然是住C型屋，即只是住一層也感到活動空間很夠。煮食工具頗齊，想火鍋或燒肉都有相應工具，尤其是燒肉，那個煎板夠六個人的食量。浴室付有「人工溫泉」浴缸夠深，浸得很舒服。唯一有點問是其實中張大床是沒有遮板，即是連住客飯廳 ，這個如果是一家人沒大問題，但如果是兩三對朋友則要好好商量如何分配床位。"
