“This is a very cute and clean cabin that is in a rural area but not too far from Knoxville. Alicia communicated well and the house was really fine. I do wish we knew that you can’t stand up in the loft - I couldn’t stay up there (but my friend did with no problems). Also the WiFi was out, which was hard, and while the hot tub looked amazing, there were some angry wasps that we didn’t want to work around, which was a bummer. The cat and her kittens were adorable, the dog came by to say hello and……

“Very nice place!!”

“This was a very spacious little cabin, it came equipped with everything but the food. The cabin smelled great, and was very clean. The hot tub was very nice. Was close to the lake but there was no entrance to the lake close by. Close to town but quiet area.”

“This was our second stay, and again, the house was very clean and every possible amenity was considered and available. We look forward to staying again.”

“Awesome experience. The host was so nice and answered all of our questions. We had vehicle issues at the beginning of our stay and they were very understanding and friendly.”

“One bathroom looked like it had been skipped by the cleaning crew. There was used toilet paper on the toilet seat, hair, and crud. The sink and counter were dirty. The bathtub looked to have dried urine on the rim as well as quite a bit of hair and crud. Driveway was not well lit at all and hard to find. The bathroom fan light was not working properly. The main bedroom light flickered a lot…annoying. The dishes and cookware were mostly greasy and not cleaned well at all. There was no wash rags……

“Cabin was perfect great vacation overall. ”

“Enjoyed our overnight stay in this tiny house. Modern updates made it cozy and appealing. We had all we needed for our stay. Location was easy to find and host provided easy instructions on the check in process.”

“Great location quiet and lovely place. Host was wonderful and very helpful. However, improves such as new bath tub, extra lighting, and new back door knob with new locks are needed. The cottage has bugs and ants and needs an exterminator. 3 stars overall.”

“Great place to stay”

“The property is perfect for a Smoky Mountain getaway. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. There are some cats and a dog on property that were super friendly. The communal area is very well maintained. Would definitely recommend to others!”
