There were roaches in the room. Sheets had stains. Long time to get hot water to sink and shower. No coffee pot in room. No breakfast setting. Lots of pot smoking in area. Too much light getting in room at night. Need better curtains. Will not use motel-6 again

Bugs EVERYWHERE, at least 20 of them in each room. We couldn't sleep there, ended up searching for a different place to stay at 11pm. Luckily they gave us a refund.

The girl who is at the Front desk is a Hispanic girl, but very unfriendly, she is a very rude person and a person who looks very tired from her work She was in a very bad mood Maybe because I interrupted her because she was on her cell phone and not She wanted to serve us, because she was too rude and simply denied us the service when I was personally going through a dangerous situation and a vulnerable situation and she simply refused me the service at her personal discretion.

This property is in terrible shape. It was filthy in every respect (inside and out). I only stayed one of the five nights and checked out the next morning. The only reason I stayed the one night was it was very late when I arrived. I felt very unsafe. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful and refunded the remainder of the 4 nights.

The room was clean but that’s about it. Smelled of weed. Bed was hard as rock, tv was busted, outside looked run down. But for what we paid it’s not the worst ever.

A hot roach infested mess!
Switched rooms 5 times loaded with roaches in the beds on the walls in the shower falling when you open doors, 236 and 218 just filfty no towels nor wash cloths, sink still had toothpaste in it, toilet had brown stuff and burn marks which is strange for a non smoking room. Website pics are nothing like the real room other than new sinks and some rooms with new floors. Found a raw hide bone behind a door in the third room and was cover in roaches. We had to kill roaches in each room. Chairs and no table in 2 rooms. No room was complete with everything that we saw in the pics. We didn’t not stay. Just horrible I will never go here again!

Well the room had roaches & a broke stove top. No soap was in the room nor coffee pot, refrigerator or microwave. The lady at the front desk was kinda snobbish & the guy thought everything was funny & a joke. I dont care to return to this motel.

Horrible experience. 3 of us...no towels in yhe room & front desk only had one left. Asked for a refund / cancellation...denied & told to share the 1 towel between 3 of us. Went to another hotel. Neither the hotel or hotels.com refunded. Last time with both.

It was a place to sleep for a night
There were no towels, no washcloths, no toilet paper, no soap, no trash bags and no internet. The bathroom toilet and tub looked dirty. The beds appeared to have clean sheets and the television worked. I didn't see any bugs and there was no foul smell. We rested for a few hours there after a long road trip then found another hotel to bathe, prepare food and stay the rest of the week.

The room wasn't swept trash was everywhere, with stains on the floors so you know it wasn't mopped either. The tub had hair on the walls and inside under the mat, and the toilet wasn't clean hair on the back plus all the yuck underneaththeseat. I had to pull cleaning supplies out of my things and clean it myself didn't have time to switch rooms, plus all the housekeepers were gone for the day. I the office to complain but nothing was done

Total nightmare!! Unsafe!!
The worst and scariest ever. I stayed at some wild places in my life but nothing prepared me for this. No lobby access, bullet proof glass window, a man that answered the phone was the same that was in person, FAB. I got my key, no idea where my room was, tried to interpret his arm waving. I drove around the building, there was a man peeing against the stair case. Parking lot abandon. THEN I went to my side of the building, I couldn't access, my room, unsafe I left, slept in the car. Pick up trucks kept coming through, patrolling. Total nightmare, I just wanted to sleep.

The worst accommodation I have ever been in. The room was dirty. It was infested with cockroaches – in the drawers, between the cushions of the sofa chair, behind the bedhead, in the bathtub, etc. I do not recommend this motel to anyone.

Got to the motel and they could not find our reservation. I had it on my phone confirmed and paid. They used it and still no reservation found. Had no room. Also called Expedia the day before and confirmed. Would never use Expedia again
