This is a renovated 2BR 1 Bath apartment on the first floor located central to Tallahassee, just a short ride or walk to shopping, FSU or FAMU. Luxe high end bedding, full size washer dryer, free Wifi and Fiber network, upfront parking, well lit, Ring Camera recorded exteriors, local host, a small pet or two is ok for responsible pet owners (some restrictions). 3 Smart TV's and room to sleep additional two people on the futon or sofa if needed. Discounts for longer stays.

The Neighborhood:
This is a cul-de-sac Midtown location off Meridian Road. Quiet, nearby all Tallahassee parks, events and amenities and only a half hour to the Coast.

Excellent two bedroom close to FSU
Clean two bedroom one bathroom less than three miles from FSU. Owner did not raise the price for parents weekend and I was so grateful for this after hearing what happened to so many others. Safe neighborhood, roomy and very comfortable living space and beds. Would definitely stay here every time I visit my nole.
