The owners thought of everything! Every need was taken care of. The location was excellent, the place was quiet. I can't say enough about how comfortable we were here.

Wonderful house!

The townhouse was perfect for our family with rooms and bathrooms. The location was also good since the Capital was a place we needed to drive to. It was also close to local places to visit. We'd stay here again!

Unfortunately, our experience at this VRBO was extremely disappointing and concerning due to serious health and safety issues. Upon initial entry, the property appeared clean with an interesting smell, acceptable, but once we turned on the air conditioning, a strong residual odor of old cigarette smoke filled the entire unit. This immediately triggered asthma flare-ups for both myself and my daughter, who has a history of respiratory issues. Her reaction escalated quickly and even caused visible swelling in one of her eyes.We had no choice but to leave the property and seek alternative accommodations — a huge burden during FSU’s orientation week when hotels are limited and unheard of. After a full day of travel, this situation was stressful, upsetting, and entirely unacceptable.To make matters worse, the response from the host was unhelpful. While communication was fast before the issue arose, once we reported the problem, the responsiveness slowed down and no solution was offered besides the refund of the cleaning fee.Another red flag was the signage inside the unit outlining “rules” for where to smoke outside — surprising, considering this property was advertised as family-friendly. That term should not apply to a place that clearly has lingering smoke issues harmful to guests with respiratory conditions. I cannot recommend this rental to anyone, especially families or individuals with health sensitivities.
