When renting a secondary holiday home in France, you must be insured in case of responsible damage. When signing the rental contract, we will ask you to provide us with your civil liability insurance certificate for the rental of a holiday home in France, covering both movable and immovable property. If your personal insurance does not cover these risks, feel free to subscribe to our optional ADAR insurance, which covers your tenant liability on movable and immovable property, as well as any potential cancellation or interruption of your stay. Its cost is 4% of the rent amount.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be required upon your arrival during the inventory, by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) not charged. Please ensure that your credit card limit is sufficient for the pre-authorization to be accepted. You can also activate your security deposit via our Swikly service.
