31m² apartment, on the 2nd floor, located in the Bourgenay holiday village, overlooking the marina, free access to the aquatic complex, heated pool from 1st May to 30th September.
Exceptional geographical location: proximity to the beach, forest, golf, tennis, swimming pool and shops.
In a peaceful setting, in a green space, 3 km from Veillon Beach and the Payré estuary (classified natural site), 10 km from La Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne.
