「I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀」

「This was my first time in this hotel, booked with hotels.com. This hotel was very clean, well maintained, and its staff was very friendly and helpful. I had booked a single room for 3 nights. I had booked a single room. The room was clean with all amenities. What let the room and the hotel down spectacuarly was the thinness of the wall and the noise coming from room 19 next door, with door banging and shouting atvall hours. But manager kindly moved me to a quieter room on the second night.」

「Super hotel in middle of Dolgellau. Efficiently run by courteous friendly professional staff. We did not eat there but wish we had! Everything as it should be in a good hotel. Plentiful overnight parking in the long stay carpark behind the hotel. Some traffic noise as it is an old building with single glazing but that is to be expected. 」
