"Found a cockroach in my room. Linen dont look very clean. The manager was apologetic. The staff was reasonable to me during my stay and i didnt get any rude treatment. Theres a club in the hotel with loud music. I booked this hotel for my transit through Jakarta. I wouldnt stay for extended nights or with family."

"The hotel claims to be a high end hotel, which definitely isn’t the case. Very old interior which is worn out. Service is not good and the food is mediocre. Last but not least the level of cleaning is absolutely a disaster. "

"Convenient location in Central that is near everything that a traveller would need. Facilities are dated but well-maintained and managed. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I ended up staying here twice before leaving Jakarta."
