We stayed at Leonardo Club Hotel Dead Sea for a family vacation. The hotel has a lot of potential because it has a private beach near the Dead Sea, a spa with a saltwater pool and jacuzzi, and an excellent regular swimming pool. However, the hotel needs immediate renovation, as the building itself is in very poor condition. We received a renovated room, but even there, the room did not have a hair dryer. When I called room service and asked for one, they promised to bring it to me, but I never received it. This was very disappointing and showed poor customer service. Unfortunately, because of the condition of the hotel and the service issues, I would not recommend staying here.

Great value, friendly staff

Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself somewhat dated and in need of redecorating but was very good value. Food was plentiful with good variety of options.

We had a fantastic time at this resort. We had a personal concierge assigned to us at the start and Shlomit made sure everything we needed was made available. The food was excellent and plentiful and the spa facilities were perfect and relaxing.

Only one slide was working, and only from 10:00-3:30pm. Very rude guests. Did not enforce non smoking area until I asked them to. Food was great for kids, not 4 star quality but good enough for me - the vegetables were not fresh. AC in the room was not working and they didn't fix it.

This property is all inclusive great for kids. There are ices drinks and shows at night which kids love and will keep them busy the entire day which helps when adults want to go and enjoy the resort a little bit on their own. I definitely would recommend for families.

Have to say it was great staying, Shlomit took care of us and spoil us. The hotel theatre cast was great, Aviv was wonderful with the kids gardens. Highly recommended.

The staff was great and very attentive! The food was abundant and delicious. This was a great place with a full board option, all inclusive bar, coffees, drinks, entertainment. Beautiful view from our private balcony. We didn't use the additional spa options, but did use the mineral pool and Jacuzzi.Thoroughly enjoyed!
