"The pictures posted by the host accurately depict this property. The views and pool really are this great! In fact, the whole property is gorgeous. The host is very helpful, responsive and pleasant. The location is fairly remote and as such there aren’t a lot of restaurants nearby. The closest we saw was a soda at the paquera ferry landing, but by the time we got there, they had closed for the night. "This condo was perfect for our family of four. The area is very secure and quiet, and there is a grocery store right across the street. We had the beach completely to ourselves and the ocean was warm and inviting. The hosts provided us with a lot of information that helped with our stay. Edwin patiently awaited our arrival and escorted us to the condo, and was very friendly and helpful! We highly recommend staying here!"

"While the bungalows may be on the rustic side, it is authentic and functional - and the setting is absolutely unmatched. The small pool at the centre of the compound is a Costa Rican paradise. Renters ought to be aware that it is not located in the Montezuma town, but a 2-3 km walk up steep hills from the beach. Our group was able to do the walk, but many would find it difficult without a vehicle."

"J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit. C'est en pleine nature, on peut y voir beaucoup d'animaux. Les équipements sont un peu rustiques, mais ça donne un vibe plus authentique. J'ai bien aimé mon séjour à jaser avec Jim (le propriétaire), c'est un homme fascinant, il semble un peu rough, mais est une bonne personne. La route pour s'y rendre à partir de Montezuma est un chemin de terre, mais était en très bon état (janvier). Il y a de bons petits restaurants à 5-10 minutes a pied de l'hotel."
