"Clean rooms and grounds. Staff clearly takes pride in the place and takes good care of it. Bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well for hot days. Breakfast included was excellent and we appreciated that it went so late (8-11:30am). We loved lounging by the pool and having a dip. Good location with easy access to Playa Alicia, Playa Sosua, nearby restaurants, and easy cab rides to Cabaret and the airport."

"Property was clean and lovely. I experienced lots of confusion with the consumable card. I was promised on, but not given one. I ended up having to spend more money than what I anticipated as the food on site is very expensive. "

"We enjoyed our time but wish there had been more variety on the buffet day to day. The evening entertainment shows were great. Room was comfortable. Housekeeping came in unannounced every morning to take our towels. Would have preferred that they left them until they cleaned later in the day"

"The ocean was visible from our room. The snorkeling trip Iberostar offered was great. The divers also had a great time with clear visibility; the staff was fabulous! We highly enjoyed the jacuzzi! "
