- Any groups under 25 yrs old, larger groups under 30 yrs old, and groups over 16 guests - send us an inquiry message first please!
- Noise/rules: Please keep down any outside noise, (+ no noise after dark), and be respectful of our neighbors' comfort by the property and in public spaces.

- Parking: The driveway can fit up to ~5-6 vehicles (compactly parked, regular-sized). Overnight street parking is not allowed in the community. If you absolutely need 1-2 more vehicles, inquire with us.
- The Community Pool is normally open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend* (all weather permitting, and barring technical issues). Guests must obey ALL pool rules or risk being ejected (if serious offense - for rest of stay and fined).
- The central AC covers the main floor. We have installed a large, 14,000 BTU portable AC system downstairs for the hotter days. (It usually stays at a stable, comfortable temperature year-round on its own).

Our lake house is a large lake front property, located in a serene private community, with majestic nature all around. This means your own private access to the large beautiful lake (just through the backyard), plenty of space for your whole group to gather (or have privacy), and a clean, comfortable home for your stay.

- Mostly 12" mattresses of foam/latex and/or coil hybrids - total of 19 sleeping spaces (including top bunks, not including extra spaces).
- 2 pillows (soft+firm) per sleeping space. All linens and bedding provided.
- Huge, quality full-body mirrors.
- Lots of closet space, wooden hangers, drawers.
- Bedside lamps w/USB charging/outlets in top 3 bedrooms.
- Master BDR has private outdoor screen room, bathroom w/twin sinks, own climate control (heating), 50" 4K smart TV, mounted fireplace, 2 walk-in closets, clothes iron+board, large workspace w/full desk + ergonomic office chair.

- Body and hand towels provided.
