Our first room had an awful smell, the person at the front desk was wonderful and got us moved right away. Beds were very comfortable and they served great breakfast there. Was very pleased with our stay!

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The only draw back is that the bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and caused my neck to hurt. The breakfast was good and the location is convenient to get to anywhere needed to go in Tampa.

We stayed at this property several years ago, and are IMPRESSED with the renovations! WELL DONE! Room was spacious and spotless, staff interactions were great (a housekeeper helped me solve the mystery of the non-working coffee maker, even though she spoke little English and I speak little Spanish - she stuck with it and we figured it out - I didn;'t get her name, she was working the 4th floor on Sunday 1/4, we stayed in room 433). Public areas are clean and attractive, too. We did not have breakfast, but other guests said it was "pretty good."

What a beautiful hotel. The staff is amazing! Karen, Alivia and the man that works nights were extremely helpful with everything. Breakfast is great and included! Rooms are clean, Pool, hot tub are nice and there’s a beautiful duck pond in the back. I haven’t been to another hotel where staff were so friendly and sweet. I have been staying here over a week. No issues. Definitely recommend.

For the most part the hotel was clean, staff friendly. Check in was a breeze, however, when we tried to open the door, to our room it wouldn't open. Apparently, the handle opens in the opposite direction(upwards)... In our room, the cable TV was hazy, the cabinet where the mini fridge and microwave was, the door wouldn't shut. (it was right in the walkway) The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were way too small .. All and all our stay was pleasant.. But i do think they should rip up the carpets in the hallway and replace it with wood /laminate. Even in the rooms..

The visit was great, housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great!! Bathroom was clean. Room was very clean and spacious. I enjoyed the my stay, most definitely will stay here again when visiting the area 🙂

The room was muggy, humid and both felt and smelled dirty. I don't know if it was the super outdated carpet or the overall need of an upgrade, it was by far however, the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. The staff were all good, location was essential to my reason for being there. The room though, I stayed awat as much as possible.

I would stay at this hotel again. Good value for the price. A little outdated, rooms had a musty smell, carpets could use a through cleaning but overall cleanliness was good.
