Checkin process very easy. Room was just as advertised. Plenty of goodies in the unity. We were only there for one night but it was just what we needed.

Owners were communicative and available if we needed anything. Bathroom mats were slippery and are a fall hazard, bathroom sink drained slow and backed up at one point, then drained. Touch ups needed on dusting of baseboards, top of bed headboard and sweeping behind futon. The bedroom door was awkward...suggest a pocket door. Other than that our stay was pleasurable, peaceful and relaxing...it was a pleasure.

Excellent place! Beautiful location!
This was great for a weekend stay! The neighborhood was so beautiful, and a quaint little town with great places to eat. Loved my morning walks! Very family oriented. 5 minutes from Downtown Tampa! Very convenient and clean, with all the conveniences. A couple of negatives: Does not have a full size refrigerator, so it wouldn't work for me for more than a weekend. The living furniture is VERY uncomfortable. No TV in the bedroom for those that like to watch. Only one bathroom.

Bed is so comfortable!
Our stay here was great! You never know what kind of bed you're going to get, but this bed was amazingly comfortable! Great location and east check in. Would definitely recommend!

Quick responses, clean, exactly what we needed for a quick stay. Even though we weren't sure when we would arrive the property was still ready to go. No problem entering later in the evening as well. Stayed the night for the Taylor Swift concert and even had an unexpected person join us and there was plenty of space. (Hope we weren't to loud). Would recommend.

Wonderful Stay
We stayed at this property while we were in town to run in the Publix Gasparilla. It was the perfect location in a lovely residential area and just a few blocks what from the little village which and nice restaurants, a convenience store, etc. it was walkable to everywhere. The guest unit was clean and very comfy. The shower was really nice. There are 2 nice sized refrigerator doors but no freezer. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend it!

Quick trip for baseball
Nice little place. Great little restaurants right down street. Actually had an island feel around there Once I adjusted to the different style of accommodations it was great. It’s just a different vibe then a Hotel or renting a villa or house I would recommend to my friends.

Short but sweet stay
We were in town briefly after attending a TB Buccaneers game and this place was very close to the stadium - 10 minutes without traffic and very easy to find. Bed was comfy, nice bathroom and close to restaurants. We didn’t get to see much of the Davis Islands because we had to leave early today but Margarita’s Mexican restaurant was excellent!

Amazing! We will stay again.
Very cute and clean! It was great for our overnight stay to attend the Rod Stewart concert. It is very close to the Amalie Arena and other great spots. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in this Tampa area.

This was a perfect fit for my needs. The property was in a safe location, and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was updated. I enjoyed the espresso machine! 2 suggestions: 1) add a lock on the inside of the door that a single lady can feel safer with, like a sliding deadbolt. 2) a freezer would be great. Otherwise, it is perfect and I hope to stay again!

What a wonderful place to stay while my husband had open heart surgery. It was close to the hospital. Restaurants were close by to get a bite to eat. I felt very safe staying there by myself. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Bethany left me a surprise the day of my husband’s surgery. Which was so kind and caring. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was very clean and worked for our family of 3. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to eat breakfast and an occasional lunch. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Closeness to center of Tampa was great! Just need to hang some pictures on some of the blank walls. Also, next time I’m there , I’ll park on the street because the sticky stuff from the tree next to the fence was all over the driver’s side of the truck. But overall , it was a nice place to stay for our trip to Tampa.
