Comfortable room & very accommodating of very late check in & initial issues with room. The only downside was the process for checking out before 11AM was unclear & frustrating. Otherwise, if you're looking for somewhere that's inexpensive and just comfortable (not fancy) this place is pretty good.

The guy at the front desk is rude; he claimed he spoke Spanish, but he doesn't speak a word—he told us he understood, yet he completely misinterpreted everything.

The rooms do not match the photos online. Once you arrive, you will swiftly understand why it was so cheap. The photos online are fake and when you arrive, you will see black marks and dirt all over the walls, and there are bugs in the rooms. I have already put in an inquiry to remove this hotel from SAP Concurs travel profile. I do not ever want this place to be an option for my work travel profile again.

The price was great. Room was what I expected and was shown. 2 on property attendants always on call when ya need something. Maintenance always helping around building as well as cleaning the lots raking leaves picking up trash when not doing hotel maintenance. AC and tv worked fine. Had a problem with smoke detector maintenance fixed it right away. They spray for pests weekly to try to keep the rooms as clean as possible. It might not be fancy but inn town suites is a place for the people trying to get back up or a better option to save a buck and have a great Florida vacation. They're trying their best and I had a good 2 week stay.

General cleanliness was lacking, some of the staff was rude when dealing with a service disabled veteran who got locked out of their room. Only 1 set of lights in the room, room also felt like it was staying in the mental health ward in a hospital. Internet could use an upgrade.
