Location Ideal for Walking

It is located near the Bayshore Walking Path and lovely restaurants. Its very clean and we enjoyed sitting outside around the firepit. The lower rating is due to the bed being against the wall on one side, the hot water running out quickly for showers, and the laundry room does not compare to the updated condition of the unit.

Excellent Stay

This place is in one of the best spots in south Tampa. You are in walking distance to the best spots around Howards Ave and Hyde Park. Also its a quick trip to downtown. The Vrbo was just as advertised and very clean. I would recommend if you are solo or you and a partner. Great stay!

| Tampa Bay You asked for a kind review on Google. So you already know there are issues. First your ad offers a cottage and out front space. We received a unit in the back with tenants you say be kind they are permanent yea they are busy til midnight. Yes it was a cold day and evening but more blankets would be nice since the plug in heater was not enough. Let's talk about the wine glasses in the cupboard that were dirty. I know there is no dish washer but they were not clean. I emailed about the coffee machine ahead asked for the info. You left us Carmel that's not coffee. Worst. The maids must have mopped the floor with the shag shower mat cuz it was dam wet and dripping wet. Real sad experience for Expedia.

Communication with the host was top-notch. The instructions were clearly and timely communicated. The location is ideal as it is walking distance to Bayshore, Hyde Park Village, and South Howard. The place is clean and has everything you need to enjoy a stay. I would recommend it for singles or couples, But it is a bit small for a family. I would absolutely recommend this property.
