1bedroom/1 bath fully updated cottage with a touch of old Florida, a scenic window,fully functioning kitchen, and centrally located in between I275 and the Veterans Expressway. Close to shopping, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and Raymond James Stadium. Downtown Tampa and Channelside are just a short 20 minute drive away to Amelia Arena and the Aquarium. Need to catch a cruise, that's in Channelside too. Come and relax on our beautiful lake or during cooler weather enjoy the outdoor firepit!! Please note this is a shared property. Owners live on premise with our 2 dogs and 2 cats. If you do not like animals this may not be the place for you, this is their home too and there is another cottage located on same property of our almost 1.5 acres. When you are here you have full access to the property's amenities. Although interactions with other guests are rare, you may run into some and watercrafts are a first come first serve basis at use of own risk. Please ask first before having guests over. We do not mind visitors but this is not a place for all of your family and friends to come and hang out everyday for your stay. There is not a lifeguard. Owners are not liable for any acts of nature for example wildlife, falling tree limbs, acorns, but not limited to others. A lot of people ask if there are alligators in our lake, my answer is probably. Assume any body of fresh water in Florida has one. Our lakes are connected so you never know where they may be. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather or early departures.
