Great location, but this is a privately owned condo. The concierge of the building has nothing to do with the owner so had no idea which unit we were in! There was an eviction notice on the unit door when we got there effective March 5th 2019!!!! After this the owner never answered our calls or emails. The shower and the sink in one bathroom were not working.

The condo was awesome! The parking was terrible....just nowhere to park although you paid to stay at this sight. It appeared that other businesses used and we were told owned parking spaces in the garage. Security was great!

I really liked that everything was in walking distance, the free trolley stop, and that there were restaurants very nearby. The check-in process was not very smooth (didn’t receive an email about it until that morning, there was no power when I got there, and the front desk person/security guard had no idea I was coming). The condo itself had a very modern look and was very nice. The only issue with that was that one of the shower heads did not work properly and that the kitchen sink smelled really bad (like no one had run the garbage disposal in a while). I would stay here again, mostly because of the location, but I think there are some details that need to be ironed out on the ownees end before a guest stays there.

Nice spacious unit with great location Amenities were great ie parking gym pool. Had problem with door lock when we arrived and security was helpful and property management staff came to help as well until the issue was settled.

Great condo

Excellent communication with the building manager. He is amazing, fast, proficient and super nice. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and clean, friendly staff, people and pets, near the cruise port where I watched the cruise ships come and go. I was here on business and had no time to use the pool and amenities. Convenient to the airport and route 60.

This apartment was amazing. We stayed to attend a concert at Amalie Stadium (an easy 12-15 min walk) and it was exactly what we needed. It was extremely clean, very modern and well decorated. Although Expedia noted that we would need to request a fridge if we needed one it is actually a fully furnished apartment with a full kitchen and all basic needs. We didn't get to take advantage of the pool or gym but it was offered to us. There is a wonderful Tavern across the street where we ate (twice!) during our very brief stay. We loved everything about our stay here and highly recommend it. We will be sure to stay here again if we are ever in town again.

The condo was amazing. Great service by the property manager. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Tampa.
