The space

This condo offers a relaxed home base where comfort, convenience, and location come together naturally.

The Space
This brand-new, resort-style rental unit is designed for easy, comfortable living while you experience Tampa at your own pace. Inside, you’ll find an open, welcoming layout with fresh linens, thoughtful furnishings, and all the essentials needed for both short getaways and longer stays. Whether you’re returning from a beach day, downtown outing, or evening event, the space is set up to help you settle in and recharge.

Sleeping Arrangements
The condo accommodates up to six guests with flexible sleeping options. You’ll find a KING BED and a QUEEN BED in the bedrooms, along with a QUEEN SOFA BED in the living area. For additional flexibility, an air mattress is also available. All beds are prepared with clean linens and extra pillows to support a restful night’s sleep.

Kitchen & Dining
The full kitchen makes it easy to dine in whenever you like. With space to cook, serve, and gather, it works just as well for quick breakfasts before heading out as it does for relaxed dinners at home. A dining table provides a comfortable spot to share meals or plan the next day’s adventures.

Outdoor Living
Step outside to the private back patio, where Tampa’s mild winter weather allows you to enjoy fresh air throughout the season. The condo features a private entrance, plenty of parking spaces on premises, in the building parking lot (park 6+ cars) and self check-in with a smart lock for a smooth arrival. The laundry room is available on site as a laundromat style separate room (it is shared with all building residents with a fee). With easy freeway access, you’re about 10 minutes from downtown Tampa and close to major attractions, dining, and waterfront areas.
