Everything awesome except for loud music playing all night long from Pilates business underneath. Wouldn’t recommend for someone trying to get some sleep, but very nice and clean!!

Dirty, no communication back

The walls are so thin, it sounds like the people in the room next to you are in your room. You can hear their conversations. Bring slippers as your feet will turn black. I kept find bugs crawling on my clothes. And then bug wings on the floor (in the bathroom and near the dining table and desk area). The shower door looked like it never gets sprayed/cleaned. Again, bug wings on the floor. Also, I messaged the owner that I couldn’t get warm water to take a shower. Inside the oven was shredded cheese or some sort of leftover food from previous renter? Did anyone clean this place in between people staying here?? I took photos of all of the above. I also reached out to the owner with NO communication back!

The apartment was a lot smaller than anticipated. There were cob webs on the bathroom walls. Don’t walk around with bare feet, the floors turned my feet black. Like they were never cleaned. And the yoga/pilates business downstairs plays music early in the morning that vibrates in the bedroom. Overall, it wasn’t too bad.

The property was very nice and clean. Close to the center of Tampa but far enough for a peaceful private rest. I would definitely select this property again when visiting Tampa.
