"From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. As a Gold status member, I was pleasantly surprised to receive the highest room upgrade available, and the entire team went above and beyond to make my stay special. A special mention to the Front Desk Manager and the Property Head—two of the kindest and most gracious hospitality professionals I have had the pleasure of meeting. Their personal attention and genuine care made all the difference. The property itself is beautiful, with a charming boutique feel, lovely spaces to relax, and excellent food throughout the stay. Every detail reflected thoughtful hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction. An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. This is a boutique property that is truly worth visiting, and I would happily return again. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Good property for a holiday with kids. The activities like trapeze, zipline etc were good for teens and pre teens. Akash, Pushpita and others do a great job with managing the activities. The kids club is good for the little ones. The staff at the front office, pool and restaurants is excellent. The beach access is good. The property has 3 pools ( kids, family and adults). There are multiple restaurants and bars within the property serving pan asian, continental , local and indian cuisine. The food we tried was good, specially local cuisine like kottu and even the asian food. You can book excursions like a trip to the national park or the bird park which are not very far from the property. The icing on the cake were the peacocks which you can spot throughout the property. I do not play golf but the golf course looked good as well. Overall a nice property with something for all age groups."

"Had a great stay that definitely met our expectations. Room was beautiful and comfortable with much needed AC. Perfect, relaxing location with a beautiful pool and beach. The hotel has a newer chef who has upgraded the food which we enjoyed so much we didn’t feel the need to schlep into the busy town. Would definitely stay here again if we ever make our way back to Sri Lanka one day. The hotel also provides but they seem to be around especially if one is sensitive. Also special mention to the owner who is super friendly and hands-on enduring that the guests’ needs are being met. Thank you! "

"We had an exceptional stay at Turtle Bay. From start to finish, the service was a consistent **5-star experience**; every staff member went above and beyond, and we were honestly gutted to only be staying for one night. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a very warm welcome, including cold cloths and a refreshing drink—exactly what we needed after a long journey. Our room (Green Turtle) was lovely: spacious, featuring twin beds, dressing gowns, and a large bathroom stocked with toiletries. We also had a generous balcony overlooking the pool and beach, which provided the perfect vantage point for sunset views. This was one of the only rooms we stayed in in Sri Lanka that had a full length mirror, an added bonus. The only thing we found was the sheet on the bed wasn't quite enough for us, and we should have asked for a blanket but didn't at the time, otherwise we slept very well and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant offered a fantastic range of dinner options, from fresh seafood and local delicacies to international dishes—all at very reasonable prices. **Note:** While everything is priced in USD, payment is made in LKR. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a great selection including fresh fruit platters, made-to-order omelettes, and toast. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit.
