"A fuire , j ai reservé cette appartement pour mon papa , un ami a lui et moi. Je reserve l etablissement a 14h30 et je vois par la suite que le check in ce fait de 13h à 15h. Je decide donc de joindre le contact sur place pour lui annoncer que nous sommes en route et que nous aurons un leger retard mais ce mr n’a jamais repondu. Pres de 20 appels plutard je decide de joindre hotel.com pour me faire rembourser et la plate forme americain refuse car le loueur lui meme refuse…. Resultat aucune...

(Something to do with his account). Even though I have been charged the full amount for the two night stay. "I liked the location because it was down the street from “smiley’s” like a local grocery Mart but still walking distance from the beach. Coming from Texas I found it difficult to sleep at night. The night store/ game room was perfectly located right across the roundabout this was a life saver for late night snacking and the guys were really friendly. "Loved this hotel right at the entrance to the medina. I stayed in the terrace suite and it was a beautiful view of the city and the water. Staff were super helpful and friendly. As others said, it was loud at times because you’re in the medina, but that didn’t bother me. Extra blankets, hangers, mini fridge, TV, couch in my suite. Excellent location — so close to the port, taxis and the bus. Coffeemaker was clogged, but not a huge issue. Would absolutely stay again."
