Modern apartment on the cornice in secure residence with roof terrace (view of the Strait of Gibraltar).

You can enjoy the swimming pool of the residence (open from 10h to 20h) in summer.
A lifeguard is present during opening hours.

You will appreciate its location, close to all the shops and restaurants.
It is located 30 meters from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the city center.

Ideal to visit Tangier without having to get a car!

Our accommodation is composed of:
- a master suite with bathroom (bath and toilet), large storage cupboards and access to the balcony
- a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom (bath and toilet)
- an open kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, juicer...)

- a comfortable living room with TV and access to the balcony

With its two bathrooms, our apartment is suitable for both a family holiday and a stay with friends.

You will have access to the roof terrace with gardens of the building. Enjoy magnificent views of the Bay of Tangier!
Depending on the time of your stay, you will also have access to the pool of the residence.

Tanger City Mall is a 5-minute walk away and Ibn Batouta Shopping Mall is a 3-minute walk away.

Week away
Great location and nice unit. The balcony and bedrooms are spacious. The owner was easy to communicate with and quite helpful even helping with a ride from the airport! The unit is a bit street loud and not a quiet getaway but the location on the beach and central city amenities makes it worth while. Overall a lovely stay.

en dehors des chambres, le logement n'etait pas propre. les placards de la cuisine, le materiel de cuisine obsolete,les tapis, le four , la cuisiniere etaient sales. la pomette d une des douche etait cassée. nous avons alerte le gerant sur place que nous n avons jamais vu car l'acces du logement a ete fait par l agent de securite de l immeuble. heureusement que la douche dans la chambre enfant etait fonctionnel. experience mitigé car l emplacement etait tres bien. je pense que l on peut trouver des locations avec de meilleurs prestations dans la ville.

Nous avons 4 nuits pour la somme de 234,40€, sois 2610 dirhams, l'équivalent d'un salaire mensuelle marocain. Pour ce prix, nous avons été particulièrement déçu. L'appartement présentait plusieurs signes de saletés/poussières. Nous avons un doute sur le fait que le nettoyage est été effectué. Des traces de peintures partout. La poignée de la porte d'entrée mal fixée gênant constamment la fermeture de celle-ci. Le support du pommeau de douche cassé. Des bruits de travaux incessants au sein de notre étage, dans la résidence et dans la rue. Piscine vide. Pas de papier toilette. Pour le prix, c'est inacceptable. Sans parler de la personne qui fait l'intermédiaire avec le propriétaire pour la remise des clés qui demande de l'argent. Bonjour Merci a Riad pour son acceuil et sa confiance. appartement et fonctionnel propre et sécurisée. Équipement nickel et propre . Petit plus salle de bain dans chaque chambre. Pleasant apartment in a perfect location. Reasonably clean and comfortable but could use a little love. Shutters in bedroom and a shower head were broken and a sink didn't drain. There were no dish towels or bathmats. The host was very helpful and responsive to our requests though, bringing us a coffeemaker when queried , so we enjoyed our stay

There were spiderwebs on the ceiling. Bathroom floor had dirt and grime as well as the master bath. Paint was peeling from the walls. There was also some damp on the ceiling. Host was attentive and really helpful, the property it self requires maintenance.

El finde que pasamos va a ser inolvidable. El apartamento estaba genial, sobre todo nuestro anfitrión REDA. Nos recibió con mucha amabilidad, nos asesoró sobre qué hacer y nos puso en contacto con Karim, con quien hicimos un tour maravilloso y nada caro. Not as nice as pictured
To start off, the people that picked us up from the airport and met us at the apartment were very nice, friendly and helpful. But unfortunately, the apartment was disappointing. It was not very well kept up- plaster peeling in several areas, light bulbs out, a leaky master bath sink and a door and window that wouldn’t lock. The rooftop terrace pictured is misleading and had people’s clothes laid out all over the bushes and the area smelled of urine and feces. The view from the apartment patio is of a building undergoing construction, the beach is not readily seen, only one elevator out of three worked and clothes were left hanging on the rail of the stairwell as well. We only stayed one night of the three we had planned. We did receive a partial refund which was appreciated.

Elle est charmante, serviable et son représentant sur place également mais l'appartement nous a déçu, non par sa situation dans Tanger qui est parfaite, mais par le manque d'entretien des sanitaires, de l'immeuble en génèral. L'appartement est tristounet, sombre, aucun livre aucune chaine internationale...Nous avons quitté la location deux jours avant la fin de la location.

We had a wonderful stay at the Appartment in the Corniche Area
The appartment is perfect for discovering the city of Tanger. It's well situated in a safe area and very close to the beach. From the balcony you can see the beach and the sea. Unfortunately there was just some construction work at a building opposite to the balcony which was a bit noisy. But at night it was very quiet. The appartment contains all you need in terms of infrastructure, clean bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen and a nice little living room. There was also a router installed which allowed to connect Smartphones and Computers to the internet via Wifi. I hope to come to Tanger again and stay in the wonderful appartment of Rabia.

The apartment is comfortable and perfectly placed - halfway between the older parts of the city and more modern conveniences. It's also across from the beach. Rebia did everything he could to make our stay comfortable and he was very responsive. I teach English online and the internet was great during working hours.

Good location, OK apartment
Apartment is located by the sea and reasonably close to the city center. It is perfectly adequate for a short stay. It is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Cooking is a bit of a challenge with cooking rings which cook too fast or too slowly and are pretty impervious to the setting of the controls. The cooker also sometimes cause the fuse box to disjunct. No kitchen towel, no can opener, no large knife or spoon, no cover for the saucepans and only tool to stir is a large spoon with holes which comes off its handle .
