The room is nicely furnished. There is a separate seating area with sofa, TV and an electric stove. Bathroom is nice and clean. Location is in a very busy area of town with many restaurants, bakeries, banks and other businesses. Zain (the manager) is very courteous and helpful. He speaks English also which was a huge plus for me. He helped me multiple times during my 2 night stay with whatever I needed. One important note though, the location currently has no street facing sign so you will have trouble getting here without direct contact with the management. Fortunately, Zain had reached out on the day of my arrival and given me his contact information.

After spending 18 hours traveling from Spain to Tangier, we were met with an apartment filled with false advertising. There was no air conditioning, no hot water, and a kitchen with one bowl, one teacup, two plates, and two cups. The bedding didn’t appear clean and were covered in crumbs and body hair. The overall experience was so miserable we left a day early.

Bon appartement, spacieux. En revanche, quelques points ne sont pas conformes à l'annonce : il n'y a pas de parking sécurisé, il faut se garer dans la rue. Et il n'y a pas de climatisation, juste des ventilateurs. Et il y avait une petite d'odeur d'égout à l'arrivée, assez désagréable. L'appartement donne sur la rue qui est très bruyante, difficile de dormir
