Lovely house
We had a very good time and the house had everything expect that it was outdated furniture-wise. The check in and out was easy. Overall I will give it a five star. The only question I have is why would we be charged cleaning fees when we are required to wash and dry the towels before we depart the house? Isn’t that task part of the cleaning routine?

This place was Perfect for us. 2 minute drive to mountain, very well stocked kitchen, clean and good open space for everyone to hang out. Would definitely stay here again.

Run and don't look back....
We are self employed so we don't get away much. We were so looking forward to this time away. After a 10.5 hour drive, we arrived with no one at the security gate. Luckily the entry code had been texted to us. I had tried to contact the Property Manager with questions about our stay and her text message but she never bothered to answer. This should have been a clue as to what was in store. I called the main number and was told the gate key and parking passes would be in the condo; they were not (mind you we were also told we would be fined for not having our parking pass displayed at ALL times). Went to go to bed and found a big hairball on the floor, which I thought, okay, maybe they missed this when they vaccumed, then I thought about a previous review I had read about how dirty the condo was so I got down and looked under the bed and couldn't believe what I found. It obviously hadn't been cleaned in months; bobby pins, toys, socks, you name it, it was under there. There were stains on the comforter. I pulled the comforter back and the sheets and pillows looked like they hadn't been changed from the previous guests. There were marks on the pillows from someone laying on them, and RED stains on THE SHEETS. THIS WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING THING I HAVE EVER SEEN. There was also a 2 foot wide stain on the bedskirt. When I called the main office, I was told that this wasn't an emergency and there was no one available since it was after hours so there wasn't anything they could do. I asked what we were supposed to; my husband is 67 and I am 62 with health issues. I was told to wash the sheets!!! After a 10.5 hour drive, I could hardly walk, and had no laundry soap. This was after 11pm. I spent another hour on the phone speaking to another rep trying to get someone to bring us clean bedding or at least get the property manager to call, to no avail. We slept on the broken down sofa using towels for pillows and the throw blankets that I brought with us. I made 3 more calls the next day before I heard from the property manager who eventually brought us clean bedding that next evening. I told her I felt that we should have been refunded a night's stay for the condition of the room (I sent pictures!) and she said she would get back with me. After that, I tried reaching her several times and she would not return my calls. Maintenance worked on the unit next to us and put drywall sheets on one of our vehicles. STAY AWAY FROM VACASA PROPERTIES!!

The welcome packet and parking passes can be retrieved either from the octagon building if your arrival is before 5 PM or with the gate guard if your arrival is after-hours. The unit (302) we stayed in was awesome. Quiet area close to the top of the mountain. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. My two kids and I stayed for a couple nights to go to Aquatopia and they didn't want to leave after they discovered the jetted tub between the two downstairs bedrooms. Safe community, gated, with on-site security. Extremely close to Camelback. Great place to BBQ as it comes with a grill and wasn't too far from some good spots to eat. ***Keep in mind if you want to use the community pool you need to have a reservation. Most people didn't seem to know and we only learned when we first tried to use the pool. Vacasa was able to get us a reservation within minutes (but I heard that's not typical due to high demand so know before you go). Some folks got really frustrated when they learned they had to have a reservation beforehand so make sure you are prepared! We'll be back next summer.

Quiet in the mountains! Great view.
The property was very quiet, we had all the things we were promised. The home was very clean and fit for immediate use, we had plenty of towels, soaps and there was even a log for us in the fire place, we didn't use it but that was a nice gesture. For what we paid, I have to admit that I was a little disappointed at the state of the actual building itself, everything inside was great but the structure needs some help. I am not complaining as we enjoyed our stay but wanted to let anyone else know who might prefer something that's more well maintained and is true to the photos. The exterior is kind of falling apart on the outside in the front and back, the listing photos don't show the wear and tear on the home. Looks like heavy wind damage. In front of the house and on the deck you can see exposed/falling apart wood. There are lots of spots from water leaks in the ceiling inside in almost every room except the upstairs bedroom. Some places had the drywall tape peeling away from the corners. We were still very happy, but I was surprised to see the state of the outside in daylight. Both the front of the home, and back (on the deck) had wood peeling off the building. Still, inside was functional and had everything we were promised, loved the hot tub and the quiet. We loved the fully stocked kitchen, and they even had a waffle maker! We did get tired of Pizza, Grubhub doesn't offer much out there only 2 restaurants....but, we found out late the last day of our stay that a service called Hungry We Deliver offers some like 30 restaurants for delivery and we got some really nice Indian food for our last meal. If you're looking for a really nice, well put together place you might want to consider other options. I'd recommend the owners update the photos with recent photos so that guests are not surprised when they pull up. Vacasa managing the property was awesome, we had excellent communication and had no issues during our stay. Still 4/5 stars as we did get a quiet getaway in the mountains, I just had higher expectations based on the photos. If you're looking for a place to relax & seek quiet, and don't care about some wear and tear, this is for you. We would book again.

House was very nice and clean. (Minor stains and wall markings upon arrival)Perfect size for our family. Loved location only has one other unit attached. Didn't need to call about anything. Will definitely consider booking again.

I was very disappointed to find out that the pool was closed after we arrived.
The house was nice and plenty big. I had an issue that it was clean to my standards and the amount of Ants was ridiculous. I wish their was a vacuum and more cleaning supplies available. And I feel like I was deceived. I purchased this house because it said a pool was available to get there to find out it wasn't open. Honestly if I knew that I would of not booked this location. Property was nice and quiet though

Great family escape
Very happy with the place and location to ski resort. Would definitely come again. Could improve consistency of directions about pool hours and checkout to be the same in all locations but otherwise lovely stay.
