"Pros: The location was perfect. Close to all the sightseeing, but away from the crowds. In walking distance to restaurants, bakery and butcher. The house stayed cool, although it was very hot outside. Parking in a garage was available, which was so wonderful as the car was not turning sizzling hot. Big bathroom, well equipped kitchen, we loved it. Cons: Everything was fine. The railroad is close to the property, but it did not bother us."

"Pros: Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen, großen Garten mit Überdachungen, so dass man auch bei leichtem Regen draußen sitzen konnte. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war super, oben in der Etage 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer, so dass unsere erwachsenen Kinder dort ihr eigenes Reich hatten. Unten großes Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer ein weiteres Badezimmer, Eßbereich, Küche und zusätzlich ein Gäste-WC. Das Wifi war sehr gut. Julia, die sich um das Haus kümmert ist super freundlich, zuvorkommend und war...

Hotel Sonne

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was very charming. The staff was very friendly, kind and gave us so many helpful pointers like what restaurants to eat at etc. The hotel itself has a very fun, peppy vibe. They have a pool table, lots of different games that was great if you have kids like we did. The wellness room was stunning and a must do! The breakfast was really excellent and we got to try out so many local delicacies. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and had a fun decor. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel was very cool. Right on the main walkway for Fussen, restartaunt downstairs, just a great place and atmosphere. Room was a little small for al 4 of us, but it worked just fine and was set up for us when we arrived. Parking area in the rear was a little tight...but it was also convenient and secure."

Great location for everything in the area to walk easily to, parking was included, breakfast was very authentic Bavarian, room was very roomy and well appointed. "Beautiful hotel in the wonderful town of Fussen. This stay was my first night ever in Europe and I could not have picked a better location. Rooftop views, rose garden in the front, and walking distance to the city's shopping and dining are all amazing perks of this hotel. The front desk was very helpful in checking us in and getting our parking pass (the lot in the front was very convient). Our room was very spacious and had a lovely view of the city. I only wish I got to stay longer!"

"Central City Hotel is just around the corner from the train station, 1 minute walk without luggage, 2 minutes walk with luggage. There’s a Netta supermarket opposite the hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. The room was spacious, and comfortable bed. Air conditioner worked efficiently and quietly. It wasn’t listed as having a fridge, so that was a pleasant surprise. Definitely recommend it, and definitely would return when next in Fussen. The bus stop to take you to Neuschwanstein Castle is opposite the train station. Safe area for a solo female traveller."
