Unforgettable experience
This hotel is located next to a department store. It is a convenient location to shop and dine in. My son and I had a good time at this department store. However, the service of the hotel's front desk is horrible. For different reasons, I had to call them, and the phone just kept ringing, and no one picked it up. I had to go downstairs to present my request. I have traveled to many places and never had an experience like this.
Moreover, the receptionist promised to give me a morning call, and he did not. Luckily I set up my alarm on my phone before I slept. I would miss my flight if I had just trusted the hotel service.
I paid more money to stay at this hotel than I usually would spend. I saw only one receptionist worked at the front desk. He should have more helpers to work with him because it is a big hotel. This receptionist's attitude towards me was not friendly. I am very disappointed with the service I received there.
