From the living area there is an exit to the balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the pool area with garden.
Outside the flat, guests can enjoy the shared pool, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a garden table with Istrian stone benches. There is also a games room for children and adults with a pool table, table tennis, TV, flat screen, sofas and armchairs.
