Villa Bianca is located in the small village of Perci, 10 km from Porec, and 4 km from the tourist resort Lanterna with beautiful beaches and various sports facilities. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes' drive away in Tar. On the fenced property of 700 m², guests have at their disposal a well-kept garden, pool, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue and seating, and 2 parking spaces. Children's playground, basketball and football fields are only 150m away. The owner occasionally lives in a separate building at the same property, but the garden and pool are exclusively available to guests.
This modern single-storey house with a total area of ​​120 m² consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, a living room with access to a covered terrace with seating, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower/toilet.
Youth groups are not allowed.
