The detached villa, built in 2018, is furnished in a modern, rustic style typical of the region. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular not only for the views across the woods from the grounds, but also for its quiet and sunny location. For your exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, fire pit and dog kennel. Whether you want to relax or are looking for an eventful time, our holiday homes are the ideal place for your holiday. Enjoy a few laps in the pool before breakfast and unwind in the evening on our spacious terrace with a glass of wine. Experience the breathtaking Istrian coast with its beautiful beaches and enjoy the diverse cultural offerings in nearby Poreč or Novigrad, or take advantage of the numerous water sports and leisure activities while indulging in Istria’s excellent Mediterranean cuisine. Your holiday house
Your villa consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 179 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with electric heating. In the winer you can light the fireplace with wood The entrance is covered and ground level and leads over a 20 sqm terrace and a 20 sqm balcony directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, fireplace, TV, DVD, stereo system and radio. You have access to the covered balcony (together with eat-in kitchen) with garden furniture. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the balcony. Kitchen in the living room / bedroom 20 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, gas stove (1 flame), induction cooker, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, dryer and,. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 10 sqm and with bathtub, shower and WC. Separate toilet 8 sqm and with WC and window.

In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, telephone, high chair for children, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Vabriga, 700 m above sea level. The villa is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. With us you will find the perfect place for your relaxing vacation. Main road 1000 m. Children’s playground 1000 m. In summer: Adriatic 1000 m in Lanterna (private beach and nudist beach 3 km in Lanterna with lawn, sand and stones). Lanterna: Tennis, golf, mini golf, horse riding, diving, water sports, boat hire, marina each 1000 m. Dog beach 2 km. Fishing in Novigrad 5 km. No matter what time of year: in spring, when you’re still scraping ice at home, the first flowers and shrubs are already in bloom here. The ideal travel time for all outdoor activities: hiking, tennis, golf, biking – soak up the first warm rays of sunshine of the year. Try wild asparagus, raise a glass in the wine cellars to the new vintages and discover the Istrian way of life.

Summer, sun, sunshine – with us, almost guaranteed. Our summer months are hot, dry and full of life. Historical festivals, modern music festivals in our towns and harbours welcome all international guests and offer unforgettable moments of unrestrained joie de vivre!

Autumn is harvest time: olives, wine and truffles are our favourites. Did you know that Istrian olive oil has outpaced Italy and Greece internationally and ranks among the best in the world? And then our wines – it’s well worth a voyage of discovery through the vineyards. Truffle hunting is a bit more difficult – but that shouldn’t be your concern. Simply enjoy the fresh tubers in one of our delicious national dishes, “fuži”, the Istrian national pasta. Best enjoyed in one of the farmhouse restaurants, where the chef still hunts for the exclusive mushrooms himself – it doesn’t get any fresher than that!
