A cozy place in the Historic Center of Taranto

We spent three months in Taranto and the stay was excellent: air conditioning for hot days and heating for cold days, complete kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, smart television, internet... in addition to everything necessary assistance for life in Taranto. We felt at home!

There is more than meets the eye.

All we can say is that the pictures looked great and cozy but the actual location is far more impressive being located right next to the 2nd most important church in Taranto. We opened the window and looked out side and was blessed with seeing the church right there, the sounds of the street of people walking by it all comes together for that romantic get away. We shut the window and the stonework of the building made it quiet only by something substantial can make. Francesca the owner was kind to help recomend restaurants and sights to see. One of the best owners we have met. Via Duomo is right there for us to walk either direction making walking the streets easy for us. We felt more than safe and the charm of the location makes us want to find a home there. For cat lovers this city is for you, food lovers there are enough restaurants for you and if you need the aprtment has a laundry machine for long travelers. We will be back soon.

This apartment was perfect for our 8-night stay in Taranto... It provided all of our needs... The location right across from the Duomo was very safe and a short walk to the train station and/or through the old city toward the castle and across the bridge to the new city... Our hosts Fabio and his wife Francesca were most helpful and picked us up at the station and drove us to the apartment to make sure we were comfortable... They even came over when we checked-out and took us to the station where we got our train to Rome... We highly recommend this apartment and thank our hosts for everything...!
