“The hotel is clean with good location,but the service is terrible.Even I hang the sign"do not disturb" on the door, the girls still enter and clean the room,finally I missed $10000Peso from my wallet(on the desk) when I back!!!!!! The most upset thing is that there is no any response from the hotel after clearing the details with the lady in front desk who told me will report to manager and check the security. finally give nothing to me even without any "sorry"”

“Lo único en que podría mejorar es en la presión de agua fría solo salía Agua caliente lo demás todo perfecto. ”

“Très bel hôtel sur la belle place principale d'Iquique. Magnifique piscine. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet. Belle chambre spacieuse et belle salle de bain (pas de possibilité de prendre de bain malgré la baignoire) Le coffre ne fonctionne pas.”

“Me encanto la estadia, ya he visitado antes incluso la pase excelente. Lo unico que el precio a pegar fue otro al llegar a recepcion. Ya que hice pago directamente en la cabaña. Eso fue lo unico que no me parecio. ”
