「Breakfast was delicious」

「The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The amenities were very simple. The carpeting in the hallway and in the room was a little worn and smelled a little bit old. The bed was very comfortable, it did have a little squeaky noise when you move around. Overall, it was a great experience. I would stay here again.」

「If i could give 100 stars i would. I was visiting for my son's wedding in the area. So many things to do in an area you are unfamiliar with. And crazy construction to navigate around. The staff was the kindest, most genuine down to earth people you would ever want to meet. Directing me to what's in the area and just friendly support for a crazy mother of the groom. The stay was very enjoyable amongst all the chaos. The only issue i had was i must have had to rekey our hotel key about 15...

「The amenities listed on the Expedia app were inaccurate. I booked this hotel specifically for its convenience and because it advertised a pool. However, upon check-in, the front desk informed me that the pool was not in working order. The pool was fully drained and under construction/maintenance.. meaning they were aware of this ongoing project for quite some time. This was extremely disappointing and was false advertising. To make matters worse, the non-smoking room had a strong odor that...

「Dirty sheets, beds were uncomfortable and there was a hole directly under the sink that my dog could fit through and she’s a big pitbull. Water pressure was nonexistent and the water knob was completely broken off sitting on the side of the tub.」

「This place is very nice. The whole hotel is clean and well maintained. Amazing outdoor and indoor lounge spaces. Rooms very fresh and clean. Check in and check out times (3pm and noon) are not something you see very often anymore. Big plus if you don’t want to be rushed out in the morning. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel.」

「This was a great experience for us. It was clean, convenient to everything we wanted to do, well equipped and comfortable. We especially liked that we were not instructed to do all the cleaning, bed stripping, getting the trash out, etc, that many places are demanding now. We liked that the cleaning fee we paid covered the cleaning! Communication was great, responsiveness was superb. Would love to return.」
