「The clothes dryer is a fire hazard and needs to be removed. Hand towels/ face washers and the only tea towel supplied were frayed and stained. The outdoor area and BBQ were filthy, covered in cobwebs and unusable. All kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery and glasses were dirty and had to be washed before using. The cleaners(a friendly and pleasant couple) said they’d informed the owner the dryer was broken previously. Beds were fine as was linen and bath towels, floors and bathrooms were...

「Location was the best - across the road and through the park we were at the beach, and if you go behind the property and through the carpark you were at all types of shops. Carpark was tight for larger car (Kia carnival), one toilet located on the lounge/master bedroom level, ground level is the kitchen and very top level had another big bed with a set of bunks. 29 stairs in total and hard if you want family time as kitchen on different level to lounge/TV area. Very clean, great to have a...

「Very disappointing, main bedroom was in an outside shed which was not mentioned in the listing. The bathroom that serviced this room could only be accessed by going back outside.
Sky light in inside bathroom not sealed around edges which resulted in the place being full of bugs. we only stayed 1 night and left the following morning.
Very dissapointing」

「There was a lot of dust and spiderwebs, the furniture especially beds were quite old,on bedroom had bricks under the bad frame for reinforcement. The general cleanliness was very poor, everything looked like it's been deserted for years. The dyson vacuum was not working properly even if I wanted to clean was hard. The general layout and cooling worked great for our needs.Looks like the place is getting renovations however if kept clean and good smelling might be more attractive.I was happy with the...

「Great little 4-bedroom house in a quiet court. Spacious backyard for dog to run around. Woodfire heater, corner spa bath big enough for 2 people and plenty of towels. Little outside area with table tennis. Short stroll to the surf beach. Only recommendation would be an upgrade to the hot water system maybe. Kept running out of hot water, especially at night, even after following the booster instructions. But other than that, we would definitely rent this house again and suggest to other...
